After we spent our holidays on Koh Samui for many years, we moved permanently to this wonderful island end of 2008 and in 2009 founded the company ALL AROUND HOUSE Rental & Services Co. Ltd., powering Samuihouserentals.com.

In the beginning we mainly focused on holiday rentals. But soon we noticed that many people are looking for houses to rent for 3 and more month because they work here on Koh Samui, want to overwinter, or want to spend their remaining years here on this island.
Therefore we offer a wide range of houses which are suitable for this purpose.
Other than the big booking portals we are on site and can individually listen and respond to your questions and needs. We also assist our customers in emergencies with words and deeds.
